B.S.E. in Recreation

The Bachelor of Science in Education in Recreation prepares students to enter the recreational work force at an entry level position or pursue graduate studies in such areas as public and commercial recreation management, sports management and outdoor adventure leadership.

M.Ed. in Recreation

• Concentration in Recreation Management prepares students to be directors and superintendents of recreation for communities, directors of recreation and intramural sports for universities, and managers of other leisure services.
• Concentration in Sport Management prepares students to work in sport settings in universities and professional sports.
• Concentration in Therapeutic Recreation prepares students for national certification and to work with people with disabilities in a variety of settings.

Ed.D. in Recreation

The Ed.D. in Recreation prepares students to become teachers, researchers, and leaders in the area of recreation and leisure in university settings.
